(2-D satellite motion, air-jet-propelled, 1982 – 1987)
- Vehicle with mass of about 7 kg, floating on an air cushion, propelled by reaction jets.
- Three degrees of freedom (two translations and one rotation),
- controlled by opening and closing valves of a high-pressure air system.
- The vehicle base is capable of carrying and moving up to 70 kg almost frictionless on a rigid table of size ~ 2 by 2 m;
- very small accelerations only; this device was used as a laboratory experiment in control engineering for graduate students.
